01. Acceptance of Terms & Website Use
These Terms govern your use of the website operated by Notable Cleaning Services Limited ("Company", "we", "us"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the website immediately.
02. Ad & Content Interaction Policy (Anti-Fraud)
To maintain the security and integrity of our platform and partner networks (including Google AdSense), all users must adhere strictly to legitimate browsing behavior:
Prohibited Interaction Activities:
- Prohibition of Automated Bots & Scripts: Users are strictly forbidden from deploying automated click bots, spiders, scrapers, web crawlers, or simulated traffic generators to view or interact with advertisements or content.
- Fraudulent Ad Engagement: Generating artificial, forced, deceptive, or incentivized clicks on Google AdSense banners or sponsor links is strictly prohibited.
- Content Scraping & Harvesting: Scraping, harvesting, copying, or duplicating company text, vacancy listings, or referral code logic for external commercial reuse without written permission is prohibited.
- Violation of these rules may result in immediate IP banning, referral account forfeiture, and potential legal action.
03. Service Disclaimer, Scheduling & Liability
Notable Cleaning Services provides residential, commercial, janitorial, and specialized cleaning services across Kenya.
Quotations & Estimates: Price quotes generated on this website or communicated via email represent preliminary estimates based on client-provided specifications. Final service charges are confirmed after physical site survey or written contract execution.
Scheduling & Availability: Service bookings are subject to team availability and weather conditions for exterior window/roof cleaning.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Notable Cleaning Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, line dropouts, or referral processing delays.
04. Refer & Earn Affiliate Program Terms
Our affiliate program rewards registered users for qualifying business referrals:
- Referrals must represent genuine commercial or residential clients with valid contact details and authentic cleaning requirements.
- Commissions are paid via M-Pesa only after the referred client signs a cleaning service contract and completes initial invoice payment.
- Self-referrals or fraudulent lead submissions are disqualified automatically.
05. Recruitment & Job Applications
Submitting an application for advertised cleaning technician or supervisor slots does not guarantee employment. The company retains sole discretion regarding candidate selection, interview invitations, and background verification.
